The Phoenix Jasmine ® acrylic paint (AC 1101) is manufactured using water-based acrylic resin technology and is utilized as an interior top-coat.
The product is water-based, washable, anti-fungal, anti-mold, odorless with very good adhesion to most substrates. It is fast curing with quick and easy application. It is free of lead and other harmful driers.
The product can be applied to plaster, brick, wood, cement, concrete and stone surfaces (with a suitable underlay). It can be applied in residential, commercial, industrial and high traffic sites such as universities, schools and passenger terminals.
