Oleander AC1202 – PHOENIX Paints

The Phoenix Oleander ® acrylic paint (AC 1202) is manufactured using water-based acrylic resin technology and is utilized as an exterior top-coat.
The product is water-based, washable, high resistant to moisture and scrubbing, anti-UV, anti-fungal, anti-mold, odorless with very good adhesion to most substrates. It is fast curing with quick and easy application. It is free of lead and other harmful driers.
The product can be applied to clay and slate rooftops, plaster, brick, wood, cement, concrete and stone surfaces (with a suitable underlay). It can be applied in residential, commercial, industrial and high traffic sites such as universities, schools and passenger terminals.
